Aldona Stachowska werd in 1958 geboren in Polen.
In haar geboorteland volgde zij studies aan
  - het Nationaal Lyceum voor Plastische Kunsten in Poznan (1973-1978)
  - de Nationale Hogeschool voor Schone Kunsten in Poznan (1986-1991)
Sinds 1992 woont en werkt zij in Reusel (NL).
